 Courtney Austin is the founder and Principal Designer of Austyn Atelier. As a Dallas native, real estate professional, designer, and residential construction expert, she brings a unique perspective to every project.  Courtney’s design philosophy begins with the end in mind. She takes the time to understand her clients’ must-haves, the emotions they want their space to evoke, and how they live day-to-day. Her goal is to create environments that blend beauty, functionality, and personal style — all while staying on budget and meeting project timelines.

Experience & Vision
Over the past eight years, she's worked alongside builders, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to bring homes from concept to completion. Her experience as a licensed Realtor representing both buyers and sellers, a real estate investor combined with being a graduate earning a Masters Certificate of Completion in Interior Design. She understands not only how a space should look and feel, but also how it should function, perform, and create long-term value. Austyn Atelier was founded on the belief that exceptional spaces should tell a story.
